Benoît Méheust holds a BSc in Sports Sciences from the University of Nantes and has 17 years of full-time experience as a massage therapist, including 6 years as a sports massage therapist. His work is focused on performance, recovery, and injury prevention, specialising in sports massage, deep tissue, and remedial soft tissue therapy.

Although his early training included a wide range of massage styles, Benoît’s current practice is firmly rooted in clinical and performance-based treatment. He works with actors, dancers, and physically active clients, supporting the physical demands of training, rehearsals, and performance. He also regularly treats non-active clients and office workers, helping to address postural issues, chronic tension, and pain related to sedentary work.

His experience includes working in clinics and theatres in London, as well as providing mobile treatments across the city for clients who require professional care at home or on site.

Benoît is an ITEC (International Therapy Examination Council) Level 4 qualified sports massage therapist and trained in traditional Thai massage at Wat Pho, Bangkok. Since 2007, he has continued his professional development through advanced training in Europe and Asia, and has worked in a variety of clinical and professional settings across several countries. He has been based in London for the past 9 years.

Alongside hands-on treatment, Benoît also works as an online nutrition coach, supporting clients worldwide. His approach to nutrition is highly personalised, taking into account individual goals, lifestyle, activity level, and metabolism. Rather than following generic plans, his coaching focuses on practical, sustainable strategies that support health, performance, and long-term results.

Benoît is fully certified and insured in the UK, registered with the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT), and works to a professional, evidence-informed standard of care.
